Reaching Others For Christ (ROC) Ministries is a mission program among the independent Christian / Churches of Christ and maintains the faith and practice of the New Testament.

The Church has been commissioned to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost world in order that people may be led to salvation, and that the Chruch be taught the will of God regarding it's responsibility of missions outreach.

ROC seeks to assist and enhance the work being done by located missionaries or mission churches in America and abroad among the Christian Churches / Churches of Christ.

ROC's involvement with missionaries includes:

• Physical labor and outreach
• Constructing buildings, remodeling existing structures, and doing whatever work might be necessary to provide needed facilities on the mission field
• Preaching and teaching (through an interpreter, if necessary)
• Personal evangelism

You...can be part of this vision of help by becoming a short-term missionary

Your congregation or youth group...may desire to schedule their own mission trip under the leadership and guidance of ROC.

You...may join as a recruit on a ROC team headed for the mission field. As a team member, you will learn how missionaries must raise financial support as you seek help for your trip.

You...will associate with Christians of different races, social backgrounds, and cultures, and will join hands in assisting them in the work for Christ.

You...will be strengthened in your spiritual life as you participate in daily devotions and Bible study with team members.

You...will return to the local congregation with experiences to be long remembered.

Short-term mission recruits return with a greater desire to serve in carrying out the GREAT COMMISSION and encourage the local church in their mission program. Many return to work again with ROC.
